In our ongoing efforts to enhance data security and privacy, a secured USC internet connection is now required to access the EHSA application.

Secure internet connections at USC:

  1. LAN (local area network) connection: Hard-wired ethernet cable connection available in most offices and buildings on USC campuses.
  2. USC Secure Wireless Network: free, secure, high-performance wireless network for USC faculty, staff, and students. Most users can connect to the USC Secure Wireless network by entering their USC NeID (username) and password when prompted.
  3. VPN Connection: Some USC online services require access through on-campus USC Secure Wireless or a wired network connection. USC offers Virtual Private Networking (VPN) to provide secure remote access to these services when you are off campus. Use AnyConnect VPN if you are away from the USC campus and are unable to connect to services.

Questions?

If you have any questions or encounter difficulties setting up VPN access, contact your local IT team which may be able to assist with your specific department devices.
