Slips, trips and falls make up the majority of incidents in the workplace according to the U.S. Department of Labor with more than 95 million lost work days per year. Slips, trips and falls are sometimes caused by individuals not being aware of their surroundings or being distracted while checking phones, eating or talking to others. More commonly slips, trips and falls are caused by wet floors, uneven payments, cluttered walkways, cords across pathways, stairs, ladders, etc. These types of incidents can be prevented.
